Lavender:

Hailing from the Latin word ‘lavare’, meaning ‘to wash’, and generally considered one of the most extensively used essential oils dating back circa. 2500 years to biblical times, Lavender was used by the Egyptians for mummification and in Ancient Roman bathing rituals due to its considerable antibacterial properties.

The main monoterpenoid and sesquiterpenoid constituents Linalool and linalyl acetate exhibit strong anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial agents against bacteria such as E-coli while other compounds such as limonene have antibacterial activity against different human pathogenic bacteria.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply to freshly cleansed and toned skin.
Add one or two drops to the fingers or face and smooth a fine layer into the skin surface allowing it to absorb completely.
